It was a beautiful day in Calgary and the kids finally made some good use of the rink I built for them!

As a first try the rink is not too bad. But we’re having trouble getting water to stay in one end. Yes, the ground is not even, but I think there might be a hole in the tarp too. Yech. So the ice is pretty thin at one end, but the kdis had fun anyway!

The three cousins (Melanie, Andrew, and Sophie) had a great time playing in the snow in the backyard at Grandma and Opa’s house in Ottawa!
