We had a few hours to kill in Ottawa before our flight home so we went to the Experimental Farm to keep Melanie busy. It’s a really neat place and they run it like a real working farm. They have different barns for cows, horses, pigs, sheep, and goats, and they have plenty of gardens [...]

Here are a few pics from the first day of our trip to Ottawa for a vacation. Andrew had his first flight on an airplane and also met his Aunt Carolyn for the first time. Of course there was lots of snuggle time involved there….

Louise and Melanie traveled to Ottawa to visit Grandma and Opa. The week was filled with visiting, skating, and museums. Melanie got to see lots of friends and relatives, skate on the Rideau Canal, go to Winterlude, and she even had her first BeaverTail. It was a great week!
