It’s official, I’m a soccer dad! Today is my first full day on parental leave! Eight full weeks of relaxation and enjoyment with the kids. It’s going to be a full time road trip on the min-van highway to excitement!

We got a boatload of snow over the last couple of days, the first in almost a month, so we headed outside to enjoy it. We took the sleds and our skates to the local park and had a great time. Melanie got to use her new sled (the one that Santa brought) [...]

Melanie and Ryan had their third and final lesson of the set.  Here are a few pictures showing how much fun they had!  They are signed up for a new set of lessons in January, but Melanie  is still asking when she can go on the big hill with Daddy.   Maybe later…
