We went to an official Stampede Caravan Pancake Breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa Phillips. Real flapjacks with real blueberries! Yumm. The Stampede Caravan travels all over the city, hitting two locations every day for pancake breakfasts. Thousands of people line up to get their fix. It’s crazy, and very delicious!

We had some friends over for dinner on Saturday to help us celebrate Andrew’s Third Birthday (coming up on April 27th). It was a small party but we also had Grandma and Opa Knobel staying with us. We are in Kelowna for a visit with the Grandparents. Grandma had everything required for Melanie and Andrew to decorate some beautiful Easter Eggs. They had lots of fun and of course Andrew hammed it up while they were doing it…
