Training for A Knobel Cause - Ride the Rideau 2013 Louise has been training all summer for Ride the Rideau, a 100 km bike ride to raise money for cancer care and treatment at the Ottawa Hospital. She and her brother Rob will be riding in memory of their father John who passed away July 13th, 2012. He received wonderful care at the Ottawa Hospital and this is their way of saying thanks. Scenery, Animals, and Wild Strawberries

We went out to the mountains for some "mountain therapy" (hiking at Chester Lake in Kananaskis). It rained most of the trip which made some of the familiy members a little less happy about the therapy they were getting than others, but it was still a beautiful trip and we got to enjoy some amazing vistas, plenty of animals, and a feast of wild strawberries on the trail.
