2009 Cottage Vacation – Pinata
I can’t really remember why she did it, but Carolyn showed up at the cottage with a pinata stuffed full of treats for the kids! We made Melanie wear a blindfold but the little kids (Andrew and Sophie) got to whack away without one. Andrew is very strong, and Sophie had some help from her dad, but neither of them were very coordinated and didn’t make much damage. Melanie was a whirling dervish and eventually made her opinions felt. There were lots of candies and toys inside and it was definitely a highlight moment for all the kids!
