Christmas Morning
As promised, here are a bunch of pictures of our Christmas celebrations. We were cautiously optimistic that Melanie would still be too young to get up at the crack of dawn on Christmas morning. Wrong. She came into our room at 5:15 screaming that “Santa came, Santa came!!!” We told her to go back to bed, and shockingly she actually did. We finally rolled out of bed around 7:30 and let the excitement begin!
Melanie got lots of clothes and toys, including a robotic dog that eats, drinks, AND pees. It wasn’t the one that she asked for (Biscuit), but it was close enough to appease her while also keeping Santa within his budget.
Andrew also got lots of clothes (check out his new pants in the photo gallery) and plenty of Hot Wheels cars.
The highlight of the morning was definitely the Imaginarium train table (although Melanie did eventually complain about how the trains only go in circles…). Much fun was had by all!!
