We camped with some friends at the Little Elbow Equestrian Campground in the Elbow Valley. It was a fantastic weekend with plenty of activity, and some relaxation and great food too. Highlights included hiking the Nihahi Ridge Trail, visiting Forget-Me-Not Pond, and barbecuing some great steaks over an open fire.

We went for a play at the park near Lake Okanagan in Winfield. After playing the kids decided they wanted to see the lake, so we went down to the lake shore to do a little bit of exploring and to do some rock throwing (of course).

We went camping on the Labor Day long weekend with Sean’s Parents and also Sean’s sister Heidi and her family. Although it rained on and off all weekend we had a great trip and it was fun to hang out with the family. We camped at a rustic campsite near the Icefields Parkway called Wabasso. [...]
